A perennial PIA favourite, Words of War is back once again to bring to life the world and works of Wilfred Owen. Written by Matt Edgerton, Words of War, follows the life of World War 1 poet Wilfred Owen and the influences that lead him to become one of the most striking and brilliant poets of his era, before his untimely death at 25 years of age. The horror, heroism and hopelessness of war are beautifully explored in this sometimes wry and touching performance.

Featuring six Owen poems; Dulce et Decorum Est, Strange Meeting, Insensibility, Futility, The Next War and Anthem for Doomed Youth.
